My concept was to try and locate (perhaps the local recruiter idea is worthy) one local company in the tech or bio med/chem field as they are very pervasive in this market.I would then work with them on a more exclusive basis in order to better maintain a more qualitative and responsible single tenant who would perhaps be more diligent inasmuch as they would be the exclusive lessee/renter.

My partner and I are newbies, have recruited some cash investors and are looking for homes to flip.

I am really good at research/learning quickly (straight A college student and honor grad during my military training #1 recruit).

My dad was talking to some engineering recruiters and they said he's been out of the industry too long for it to be possible to come back.My point of this thread was to introduce myself, get my approach to the situation validated (at the very least start the education here), and get some ideas. 

I have been  in the US Army for the last 17 years and am currently working in the Recruiting Command.

Plus, we encourage you get your own investment property vs. the MLM style recruit a realtor "profit sharing" model.Also, when back in OKC, I recommend you join the local Real Estate Investors Associations (REIA) to be around like-minded individuals.
