Currently looking for a investor friendly real estate agent in who is familiar with Chelsea, East Boston, and Charlestown in Massachusetts.

Binyam you might try to explain what it is you are trying to do.
Investor friendly agent could mean many things. Some focus on land, some commercial, some multifamily, some single family houses.
Some will not work with wholesalers or flippers and just want buy and hold investors. The price range matters as well because some agents avoid lower end properties due to area and low price points with commission.
