Purchase price: $15,000 Cash invested: $25,000 Sub to deal - paid the seller and wholesaler $15,000 + $7500 closing costs to assume $84,000 mortgage with a monthly PITI of $575.

I seriously looked into purchasing a few years back in Valencia but decided ultimately the US had more potential.

Ultimately though, it will depend on the lender and the availability of funds (assistance) available for the demographic area that you are purchasing in.Do you have a property that you are looking at?
