I was wondering what is the best route to finding note buyers that are willing to purchase a note at face value or close to face value.How do you go about procuring a list of note buyers?

I personally haven't invested in senior living, however, in my role, I procure financing for people that do.

If a property manager is going to lease, rent, list, procure prospects or negotiate, assist, or offer to perform any of those acts, or if he or she operates, manages or rents any building or portions of buildings to the public as tenants (other than a custodian, caretaker or janitor) he or she will need a broker's license.

It enables me to find many more deals than I personally can do.

This could cause a potential stink as agent B may try to sue agent A since agent B would be the procuring cause of the sale.
