So I just went and saw a property this past weekend and was considering making an offer and then this morning it disappeared from the Zillow and I found that it had a pending offer.

I am pending on a duplex that already has existing tenants in the lower level, they have been there 3 years, always paid rent, and after meeting them really seemed to be nice people that enjoy living there. 

3bd/2ba for $50K is gonna need a gut rehab, or can rent with the existing or pending code violations.

I've checked to make sure the property is still available and it doesn't appear to be pending closure.

@Joe Splitrock I'm actually pending a call with my accountant regards the rental home and how that's looked at from a tax perspective.

Their refund would be pending.

What I’m looking for is the total history of the properties such as any tax liens, back taxes owed or a history of such and medical judgments or other judgments, lawsuits pending etc that may be on the property and have to be dealt with before closing.
