Wholesaling and researching property for investors

Hello. Moving forward I have discovered the lack of time for me to do my due diligence on properties for investors. So I’m looking for some suggestions on how to get around this obstacle I have seen programs that will do this research but with all the reading I have done so far on bigger pockets I’m getting the feeling not to buy it until I ask. So here is my daily routine. I leave my house to go to work everyday (7 days a week) at 6am I get home at 5pm 7 days a week. This makes it very difficult if not impossible to head down to the county court house to do my research on property. So how can I get around this? Thank you
