If you sign a year lease with these folks, you have no way to make them do anything at the 5 month mark because you are in the middle of a 1 year agreement. 5.

@Caleb L.I would say it is fine, so long as your job is not just to find a property for an investor by middle man communications between a broker and the investor for a small payment (pretty much what a broker does).

A travel nurse or relo'ing resident, student/intern can't rent from you if your calendar has a night or two locked up in the middle of their desired stay.

No middle anything.

try Jumping on Pace MOrby s  facebook all sorts of beginners there.. probably most will be dead ends IE all hat no cattle but you never know at least your all like minded.
