Buyers loved the original wood windows, beams and floors.

Others will say it's better to get laser focused and market harder to a smaller audience. 

This will be simpler and less costly if the foundation is pier-and-beam (compared to slab) BTW. 

They have laser measures that can tell how much a house has dropped, if any.

After reading the beginners guides, type in any keywords and start reading.Try to stay laser focused on one subject at a time.

Some are pier and beam and others are flat slab on grade.

However, some suggestions:  rent a junkyard dog, hire a patrolman, motion sensor high beam spotlights, board up all windows and doors with 3/4 plywood.Seriously--just try to harden the property and let the neighbors and local precinct know about your concerns, and provide a contact number. 

Apparently I need to put in a 17foot I-Beam and some columns in a rehab I am doing.
