I was hoping to get some professional opinions on the following renovations:

Staircase (3 apartments), kitchen cabinets, floor, boilers, a single siding beam that is completely misplaced. ( New Heven, CT)

    For help on estimating rehab costs, check out @J Scott 's book..."The Book On Estimating Rehab Costs". I have read it front to back and often reference it when needed. It's fantastic!!
