First I have to be profitable and feed the family before I can even think about helping as far as charity goes.

Not unless you are feeding my whole business but me taking some time weekly to run a list for a lead generator, sure that's a no brainer in my opinion.Keep in mind though it will take the right agent, not everyone will work with a wholesaler, some consider them competition.

There could be many others we are not aware of as we rely on what people report to us, or what ends up in the subscription legal feeds because of court actions.

The amenities you provide to your tenants making a huge difference was a big takeaway for me.So my mind started going to things like...Printer that also has scanner with feed tray for the white collar professionals.

Other agents feed me PM business.

They're still getting paid on the drip feed - forever!
