Just make sure you don't mind driving, and that you enjoy hot humid weather!

Jacksonville is humid and will take a year or so to condition to.  

It isn't one of those that offer a discount, but it tells me if there is light in the place, if there is any kind of sound and it gives me temps and humidity levels so I can compare that with the thermostat to make sure everything is copacetic.

The staircase is similar to the one in the picture however is much older and hasn't received TLC since I don't know when.It's Maine - snowy winters and humid summers are a thing.

Being from San Diego, Florida’s humidity might not be a problem.

In humid flood prone Houston I can see moisture issues.

The tenants have been complaining of humidity so it's all making sense now.

It is humid and hot during the summer, and the home can reach up to 90 degrees if the AC is not on, or the windows open to let the island breeze cool it off. 

Seems like some of the Panasonic models have motion and humidity sensor built in.

I'm not a fan of the humidity so Florida isn't an option for me, I like San Diego and the Burbank/Pasadena area being that they're relatively close to the ocean but that comes with a large price.
