It isn't one of those that offer a discount, but it tells me if there is light in the place, if there is any kind of sound and it gives me temps and humidity levels so I can compare that with the thermostat to make sure everything is copacetic.

I'm not a fan of the humidity so Florida isn't an option for me, I like San Diego and the Burbank/Pasadena area being that they're relatively close to the ocean but that comes with a large price.
