As far as we all knew, in Pennsylvania evictions couldn’t be filed until after July 11, per governors orders.

From what I see right now is that people trying to sell there are just now slowly finding out they are screwed with Pritzker as governor and light foot as mayor they combined have ruined the state and city way worse then it already was.

The Governor of Indiana just extended an order preventing evictions and foreclosures. 

"Our governor Cuomo has forbid us to travel to TN next week due to COVID. 

Unfortunately the Governor just shut the State down again, but I would suggest reaching out to local investors here to network with. 

This week's bill signed into law proves that: eviction moratorium extended until the "state of emergency" is over, which - as you know - is unilaterally controlled by the governor.

In my state, the governor placed a moratorium on evictions for non payment of rent.

have been a landlord in wisconsin for nearly 40 years,wisconsin a lot better then alot of states.has along as you donot get a professional renter ,you should be good,like marcus and brock said,it is how you screen .run your business the right way,and it goes a lot easlier.we all have had a tougher time collecting lately because of covid 19,when the governors take the threat of eviction away ,it hurts us all.like when you give your boy a squirt gun and tell him not to squirt his sister or you will spank him.if your wife tells him the opposite,you know what will happen.that is what it feels like lately with all the governors doing no evictions.i feel lucky to not have property in ny,calf,new jersy,seatte,oregon ,illinios.these landlords are dealing with a deck of cards with their hands behind their backs.i hope alot of them make it thru.i consider wis,a state where you can make money the slow and steady way.

The filing date was July 10th but the governor just extended it to August 31st.
