Again we are reviewing our investments, potential developments, defensive positions.My outlook is the stock market needs to come down 50 to 60% this year.  

Some of the ones many of our new, and experienced, investors alike are choosing are Memphis, Little Rock and OKC.Why are they choosing these markets as a starting point? 

I would be very weary about buying another property in today’s market unless you are extremely experienced or have done an extreme amount of research.

Now, some states require an attorney to review contracts. 

You will also know that they investor friendly and experienced with investment properties. 

Their pro formas felt optimistic with providing 6% annual appreciation and property management that is only about 6% of rent so I take it with a grain of salt (they offer their own property management services but it has terrible reviews on Yelp so I would probably go with someone else). 

(We had a boat as an AirBNB and the plumbing would clog very easily and we had to state a similar statement and it got us out of refunds and bad reviews) hope that helps!

Keep in mind that experienced investors have had bad experiences with some of their investments and no one bats 100%.

Reviewing comps it would sell quickly at $800,000.00  (conservatively).
