I personally like the buy-and-hold strategy and we help clients who share this long-term, wealth building mindset. 

This is going to vary widely depending on the strategy and real estate asset class.

Personally, I advocate for a long-term investment strategy and would recommend investing the funds, provided you are comfortable with the expected return on investment over time.

They should be found early on by talking to other investors or your investor friendly Realtor.It is through effective property management that your money is made besides buying well initially.

I also think that investing remotely is something I would do after locking down my local strategy.
