Best Option to Start Investing
I live in South Jersey and I am looking to buy my first property with a friend to live in. The idea of getting a duplex seems great, but I am having trouble finding anything on and off market. Does anyone have any advice on how to find a duplex or a good alternative way of starting to invest?
