Flyers, big signage on freeway, video, drone of neighborhood, site plans floor plans, photos of vacant and occupied units that are super tidy, demographics of town, major employers, how many parking spaces... what leases range for, can you charge for things not yet expanded like storage and charges for extra parking or assigned parking.Broker should know every marketing tool.

Meaning there are lot many AI, machine learning, drone transport and many other tech Innovation projects taking hold on Dubai and hence thinking whether theae will bring in the next wave of population growth in Dubai and hence create the demand for more housing and hence grow the real estate market further.

Surely we will see new variants of airborne illnesses.
