The hired leak detection company states there is no leak, the roof has been replaced as a result, and the crawl space has also been encapsulated.

From the floor joist being cut from the sill plates and the entire house needing brought to level, the foundation requiring correction, to the no slope rubber roof leaking and needing replaced when I say I renovated every square inch of this property I mean that literally.

I believe that this might be due to a leaking roof but I'm not sure.

However, they might discount the Underwriting, Processing, or Doc fees if you do multiple deals with the same lender, such as a portfolio transaction or consistent volume. 

Most is "CYA" doc's so nothing comes back after the fact, months or years later, to bite one in the arse.

Also crawlspace air also not that good quality if air leaks through those loose ducts.

I negotiated that down to 10k several days ago, but the docs they want me to sign STILL dont reflect this.
