I totally disagree with your thought process here.. its the tenants that cause the damage that make the house fail inspections. its not slumlording in almost all cases.

I would also disagree with the "demands", I can't think of any situation where I have given into a demand or unreasonable request and my rating is 4.99 with 70+ reviews. 

Their work isn't low quality but I disagree with some of the conclusions they came to in determining boundaries that are adjacent to ours...if I just went and marked their pins my client could 'lose' 18'-35' of their property...or almost worse, build 18' too close to the street ROW likely putting their house into the City easement...
