not accurate. example : if your occupation is an accountant and you have been employed in IT industry lets say Dell inc for 8 yrs…and you just have switched companies and started working as AN ACCOUNTANT in puzzle factory ..there is nothing wrong here.

Hello,I've been looking at two condos in the Wisconsin Dells area and im running into the issue where they are in "condotel" complexes.

Many landlords will offer some type of “incentive” to get people to move in… i.e. 1 year lease, with the 3rd and 9th month ½ price… (if they pay on time) etc.Offer a free Dell computer or large TV on month 3 (if they pay on time)… etc.

I will be transitioning out of the Navy in August and relocating to the Wisconsin Dells area.

Hazel Dell, Minnehaha, Five Corners, all good areas.

Investing in real estate is complex enough from afar, but add in currency moves, political corruption, economies tied to vary narrow industries (export oriented / commodity based), language, unique laws, regulations, taxes, etc, why endure that headache.I've written about this before and won't go into a ton of details but I traveled to many LatAm countries working for Dell and like you, saw opportunities.  

Get a business credit card, open a Staples credit card, open a Dell business account, open a Home Depot account, or try opening business credit accounts at any of your preferred vendors and stores.

And sold by Dell so I'm going to assume it's legitimate.
