Hard to decipher all the info via text vs. true conversations.

Part of my research has been trying to read and decipher zoning laws in both counties, but it's quite a complicated task.The majority of my capital is tied up in my existing primary home and I have no other real estate, so I'm quite hesitant to sell when I move, as I won't be able to afford to buy a primary home with current interest rates, given the market prices I see in the area.

The only real way to decipher what areas you want to be in is to come to Indy for a week or so, meet up with a local, and TAKE NOTES.  

People aren't going to spend time trying to decipher what your name is, they'll just throw it away.

Be clear it's just an estimate and that's obviously information for the investor to confirm and decipher.

Is there a website or course that teaches you how to decipher docs that are recorded on a property?

Through multiple conversations and deciphering where that individual(s) is offer them to work for you as a bird dog.

@Gary GuidiThank you for the reply.I know mentors can cut a lot of redundancy and mistakes that all the newbies make, but now in dates with the mentorship saturate market (everyone wants to be a mentor) how can you decipher from good and bad mentors.

I am not smart enough to decipher their fine print or follow their ads.
