Welcome to Bigger Pockets! This is a great community to definitely get started. I started my journey by reading books. I read David Greene's "BRRRRR" and Brandon Turner's Multi-family "Multi-Family Millionaire" Vol 1 & 2. That is what gave me the confidence to get started.
I then went about house-hacking a duplex, BRRRR' in a full gut property, fix & flipping a property, and then raising private capital to scale all within 1 year. It was all a snowball effect. I'm currently under contract for a few more properties that my private lender is helping me fund. I've done this all in the best parts of the Columbus market.
I'd love to talk to you about my journey and really anyone that wants to learn more.
