Hey bpf i thank you guys for all the advice you’ve been giving me on my  real estate journey🙏  On April 25 I got  my first wholesale deal under contract it’s a residential vacant land in  DFW the story behind putting it under contract I’ll talk your ears off about it some other time 😅 but here’s the thing guys now that I got a  deal for a discount, I don’t know where to find end buyers to assign my assignment agreement over. Like in the pass any advice will help guys thank you in advance🙏

Congrats on your first transaction! My advice is connect with local RE groups/meetup events where you will meet investors, agents, brokers, etc. and shop it out there. There are always people looking for a sweet deal. BP is also a good place if you want to put it in the classified.
