And we just had an inquiry yesterday about April 2020.Our property may be one of those that people use for large events already on the calendar and personal events like anniversaries, birthdays, girls weekends, etc.

If her having a job is a area of real concern for you, you could rent to the boy friend only and then add the girl friend to the lease later when she moves to the area and has secured a job.

In 2003 there was an arson by a 15 year old girl and all my insurance was cancelled.
