I kind of gave up on Stessa, just do not have the time to deal with ongoing computer issues and constantly not being able to communicate with a company.

One tip is that is a very tough state for flipping/investing too because of tough laws against lenders if needing to foreclose, just something to watch out for

If you just need recommendations for where to go, things to do, places to eat I'm more than happy to share tips. ...While you're here Please visit downtown and of course, the beaches...Downtown is small and flourishing area with many places to go and eat that are highly walkable. 

Best tip is to add digital locks to each bedroom door and make sure there is enough kitchen space for all parties.
