Not only is the sewer deeper but it must be placed at an Exact sloped grade, with thoroughly compacted fill/stone underneath to prevent settling.

,Ikea (if available in your area), has double sinks in a compact form. they usually also work with their vanities, but to gain space the plumbing is really strange (end european size) and not sure if their setup will pass code inspection everywhere.P.S. sorry to jump latter but your threads are so educational

Although I would not expect you to pay for compaction testing/verification, I would make it a point to monitor the backfilling operations and direct the excavator to recompact the soils in to 6 to 8 inch lifts coming back up.
