They will inspect your house and expect you to fix things that you may think are very minor and it can all add up (ex. a small area of chipped paint on a window sill).

We did, and when they came back out they made us paint the porch again because it had chipped since the original inspection the summer before, and made us do a few other things again.If I would have known that information, I could have saved myself thousands of dollars.
