Labs make great service animals and generally over 50 pounds.These are "comfort" animals or "emotional support" animal.

As was mentioned by someone else on this forum a while ago, if you have a pre-1978 house that was built in the '70s (so it still probably doesn't have lead), you can take some paint chip samples and have them tested by an EPA-certified lab.

They have keynesian economists (in white lab coats) with fancy equations and computer algorithms.

I knew a couple folks who have done mobile home deals, and the margins were quite high due to the stigma that mobile home parks are "just a bunch of crack addicts and meth labs".

A property could be infested with termites, used as a meth lab, have a failing foundation, etc.

The only way to be sure is to have it tested at a lab.
