What to do about asbestos-cement siding?
I'm looking at a property in a relatively affluent area and I'm wondering what - if anything - I should do about the asbestos shingle siding. There are a handful of cracked, chipped, and even missing shingles and the whole house needs powerwashed at the very least. Since the comps are around $400k to $500k, I'm wondering if I should paint it, do a vinyl wrap over top, or do a full removal.
Any suggestions?
