Joe, you probably can't find them since you are not an attorney, I have no idea what the beef was, I'll bet you a thousand to one there are cases and they could be difficult to find as you don't have any idea of the cause of action by finding Messed Over vs.

If you rxplain to son that you must have rent to make your payments, and you have no legal obligation to him, his beef is with his dad, you don't want to resort to legal action but you will if needed maybe he will be reasonable.
