Took Action - Follow My Journey

I've spent the past few months consuming as much content on BP related to wholesaling as I could. I've listened to nearly every podcast on BP and have read hundreds of forum posts and articles on BP.

I finally decided to take action by starting a direct mail campaign to a list of over 900 absentee owners in Indianapolis and I plan to send at least 4-5 letters to each of these 900 or so owners. Jerry Puckett has been a big help in helping me get this campaign off the ground. And I'm sure he will be a big help as the calls start coming in.

I will be posting the results of my campaign in this forum. I'd like to use this thread to share my successes and failures with this campaign so that others may learn from my experience. I'm also hoping some of you will be helpful in helping me close my first deal!

The letters were put in the mail today. I am working a full time job so I won't be able to post in this thread daily, but I will post as much as I can!
