I learned from second sources that she has had a serious surgery and she is recovering in a nursing home.

Another big mistake, I know…Since moving in back in April, he has paid his full rent on time twice - the first time was his first month rent and deposit... that was covered by his company.Within a week of moving in, his car was repo’d.Then, Covid hit and his job start date was delayed.Then, his first day on the job, he “thought he had a stroke,” and had to be cleared to go back to work.Then, when he was cleared to go back, he “fell out of his truck” messing up his knee.He was working in the office until he was cleared to work his actual job, again.Then, when he was cleared again... within a few days, he “slipped on a muddy rock and messed up his ankle...”At that point, he was considered a “safety risk” at his job, put on short term disability, and scheduled to have knee replacement surgery, which happened Monday.Last month, he was supposed to transfer the electric and gas into his name.

You don't know what you don't know.If you were having a surgery, would you rather have a doctor doing their first surgery or one with 100 similar surgeries as experience?

Typically, it's not a good idea to start performing surgery on a patient before you have finished digesting the how-to textbook.   

I'm not getting surgery from the surgeon that doesn't have any business, I know I'll need to get on a schedule to work with the best and can't just walk in

The fiancé is recovering from surgery, so I would like to be supportive.

Sometimes it's as simple as talking to them, telling them you will lose the home if they don't pay rent or you won't be able to afford your mom's heart surgery and your younger siblings will be homeless.You can serve them a 3-day Pay or Quit, even if the courts are closed.
