I own single family and multi-family in the inland empire and high desert.

The closest area to LA with those prices is small towns in the high desert area in southern CA.

I like the way it looks, but it requires a minimum moisture content in the air, which I don't have out here in the desert, so I've never installed it.I can't think of any reason a buyer would object to it, other than the obvious one that they have their heart set on red cherry floors (which is a problem with any and every flooring you use)I don't think bambeoo is any cheaper than other wood flooring, so you chose it because you like the way it looks.

(They were waiting for the bullet train to be built, creating appreciation, but have given up on that project being completed)Here is a short description of the property: It is located in Tehachapi, California  (in the mountains near Mojave desert).  

----------------------------------------------------------------------Boy, the only 4-plexes I remember in this 'area' that weren't HOA were out on the north side over By Desert Inn & Maryland. 

It would almost have to be a flash food like you see in the desert and even then it is not ever expected to rise to the level of the actual habitable part of the building, but at the least I am covered.

They currently dump it out in the desert until they can figure out what to do with it.

If you live in a desert area, maybe this isn't a big deal, but if you live in an area that gets even average amounts of rain, it can cost you big bucks down the road.

I don't remember what plane it was but I do remember making an emergency landing in the desert after flying Santa Barbara to Las Vegas and saying to myself..."
