My advice...walk away and engage a real CPA.It's unclear from your post whether you're dealing with a partnership or not as you mentioned "we" but you may have been referring to the "royal we"

Quite frankly, there's no knowing how difficult a transaction may be...sometimes it's fast and easy, other times it's a royal pain.

I'm not a fan of flushing agents, but 410a reverts to an acid at the slightest sign of moisture or contamination and makes a substance that clogs all of your components of the system and it's a royal pita to get that contamination out.

Plus both Cheifs and Royals have been world champs in the last 5 years :)
