My mom had knee surgery at 80 years old They had her up and bout the next day had a walker and had about a month of physical therapy I would say she was pretty independent after 3 weeks and fully recovered after 6 weeks but I don't blame you for your doubts and it does not reflect badly on your decision

It will host a healthy cooking school, yoga, massage and meditation.

Vernon and Effingham, I do home health therapy and have always heard that it's hard to find quality rentals in small towns.I feel like it's a niche market that could be tapped into.

You must continually strive to create value for them and therapy compete with other investors providing rentals.

NO one does it better than those who =own them and are there every day to watch it like a hawk.. strike up relationships ( hopefully ) with tenants that they can massage into staying for years etc.   

I thought of a small procedure cabinet, like a franchise medical massage or ophthalmology unit, would love to get your ideas on this one.
