I have not really found an "easy" way to do this on a mass scale, but social media specifically Linked in has served me well for finding the officers or owners of those LLC's sometimes. 

Specifically, Craigslist, Facebook, LinkedIn, Connect Investors, and the like are crawling with scammers.

Best way to get in touch with the recruiters would be by LinkedIn.

When I looked up the linkedins of the people I was dealing with, they were all fresh out of school and this was their first rodeo.
