Has anyone used Atwater Finance & Capital?

Hello BP Forum readers.

I am doing some new commercial development and I connected with someone on Linked In who is with a company called Atwater Finance & Capital. They are a hard money/private money lender. They offer favorable terms, not to the point as being unrealistic, but still good. But their website and materials they have sent me are a little lower quality than I would expect from a reputable lender.

So, I am doing some verifying here to see if anyone else has ever had any experience with them. Good or bad. They are bases in Philadephia, PA.

I appreciate any insight.
