If you are truly interested in SoCal, I would definitely reach out to a few of the members down there and see if you can start trying to attend the meet ups when you can.For reading, try to get a grasp of how 2-4 unit bank financing works (it is pretty straight forward) but you will then be empowered to understand what will be required from you.

They create a show home with too many high end finishes/features and fail to grasp fair rental condition.

I feel it is being grasped though much quicker than I thought initially.

I watched the webinar in the Brrrr strategy last month and I didn't quite grasp the concept of this strategy.

She just couldnt grasp the concept that one must have equitable interest to market the deal in which the property is under and NOT market the property for a fee from the Seller.
