Hey Guys,

My name is Curtis and I'm new to BP. I have always been interested with investing in real estate since taking some elective courses while in school for finance. I'm trying to learn and grasp as much information I can before I start plunging into my first investment property.

I live in the metro Atlanta area and the real estate market here is very hot and tough at times with big money investors. With that being said, that's why I initially wanted to start small with possibly apartment units and manage them myself.... All of the advice and information that can help me in this ever changing field of real estate will be greatly appreciated!
