She prepares all the numbers for me to review and then we discuss issues within the business, create an action plan around them and wrap up.

The PPM and Docs are customized for your project so you will need to have it outlined upfront on the structure and payout (is it pref equity, debt and the capital stack etc).

I really only hear mixed reviews, but can't say one way or another personally.
