We accomodates somewhat, and painted a couple doors she thought were "unacceptable" and fixed a few other things, and bought screen doors.

The silver wave may be more of small tsumami.)If large multifamily complexes show signs of carrying the virus , then people may not be motivated to seek these accomodations , causing more deflation in rents.

I would be willing to unofficially use the "reasonable accomodation" standard and permit a good tenant to pay for the installation of a vent maybe like a bathroom fan in the room where they want to smoke in the kinds of apartments where it isn't the norm anyway.

@John Teachout - Except for a very brief period during the beginning of the housing foreclosure debacle, it would be hard to find people with evictions who were simply innoncent victims - AFTER the foresclosure there would be a fair bit of time to move out, and most of the banks were pretty accomodating to renters would would leave (they didn't necessarily get to finish their lease, however).
