With Airbnb prices rising, we loved the idea of investing in a few different small apartments scattered around the world so we would have a virtually free place to stay, and when we were not there we would make money off of sites like Booking and Airbnb.

There are 2 MH currently, a 2001 and 1997.There is a lot of value add to this property, and is my interest in it.

If they are seniors there’s a senior abuse government agency that could get involved.

If they can do it and be a resource for you, there is no reason you can't. 

I also reference this a lot but there's a step doctrine- basically if you're putting a step in the middle only to avoid tax...it isn't valid. 

Once you over pay for the real estate there's very little that can be done to salvage the investment and the inexperienced investor is the least qualified to navigate that process.

There are definitely lenders out there who are not charging interest in the traditional sense.

There l also learned to do commercial job take offs and estimating. 

@Cloey Green there are so many different ways to think about and evaluate markets.

Looking for guidance on how to wholesale in an area that is highly rated for livability but I don't live near there.
