I think the problems lie in other sectors this go around-not housing. 

Numbers and refi look great I just keep getting reminded don’t build in the apartment sector. 

Then I did further research, especially focusing on growth in the tech sector, since I work in that sector and do believe that it is the future, and will provide stability in the region. 

I still see a lot of vacancies in the retail sector in my area.
