I've also seen similar returns in many parts in Asia.

One company have quoted charging $20/hr for maint.My 3 SFH's are located in the southeast area of Kansas City, MO.  

Parts of the south and southeast have some good things going for them, but I've found it can be really hit or miss.If you're in Glenwood and plan to be living and working in that area for a while, I would try to buy that area again.

We have family in Georgia, North Carolin and Virginia, so we are primarily considering an investment in the southeast

I own multiple parks throughout the SouthEast and welcome investors into my park as long as they are selling the units to the resident and not renting them.
