Interview them before hand.I still want to make sure they are not crack addicts.

Unbelievable that any government would consider the ability to actually make enough money to pay rent discrimination.  

If it is door knocking then you have to role play with team members and door knock EVERY DAY. 1 month in, 6 months in, 5 years in you are still doing the exactly same thing but performing at a unbelievably high level. 

--> I did so on accident, I bought a house and didn't want to sell so I handed it to a property manager, it worked out really well and then I got addicted to the idea of buying and holding real estate.How did you get started in real estate investing?
