Also make sure it starts with the address/parcel number and buildings on property (IE 123 Main street a single family wood framed building with attached garage and shed sitting on a lot of approx 120X135.Hope it helps and good luck!

As well, you will want to find out if the ADU was built from the ground up or if it was a converted shed/garage.
