I'm not looking at it as a get rich quick scheme but it made total sense, what made sense to me, be able to purchase a property hold it and I have somebody else pay for the mortgage. so I'm I'm new to investing I have one property that used to be my primary house it's a rental and I'm looking to buy and and start growing my portfolio.

There is no 'one size fits all' scheme.

The two recent *threads* here on BP illustrate creative schemes I've seen touted before.

Now, I know the commission is not big on 85k, but, I would rather someone tells me that to my face rather than give me questionable service... afterall, in the big scheme of things, they also get marketing from listing the property, and referrals, future listings from me if they do a good job?...

Myself You Choudhary, i have a knowledge of Indian real estate market, i am in the real estate  market of India to provide latest and upcoming housing scheme and lottery of development authorities which are active across the nation.

But it's certainly no get-rich-quick scheme!

BP podcast of coarse, Steph Davis- if you want to wholesale I have spoken to her and her heart is definetly in the right place The Clever Investors- they have good fix and flip rehab contentJosh Cantwell- seems to want to be like the bigger programs but provides good info mostly lease option with Ballons Dawn Rickabaugh- has some of the most up front, easy to understand content for Seller Financing and Note InvestingRon Legrand- many may disagree but the niche he teachs is one of 2 that many of the more successful investors in my area do and that is mortgage assisgnments(getting a deal negotiating to by on terms but assign the terms for a fee) There are many more both good and bad but my point is to avoid listening to anyone who spoke of real estate as a get rich quick scheme.

The marketing schemes these guys use to try to get you to buy are bordering on stupidity. 

 $1000 is nothing in the big scheme of things, and an eviction would cost you much more.It is recommended you don't take security deposits in Chicago, due to the ultra tenant / lawyer friendly laws.  

There seemed to be confusion in that they wanted to buy multiple properties in multiple counties as a "package" for the project, but were having trouble fitting that in with their regulatory scheme, rather than one large investment, such as an office building.
