Hi my name is Ronn Trevino, I'm from Tucson Arizona. The Old Pueblo. I started listening to the podcast about two weeks ago and I'm on episode 26 right now and finally decided to jump in and look at the webpage. I haven't seen any of the forums, this is my first time on. About two months ago I was listening to this book called Rich dad poor dad and got in my head that real estate investment was the way to go. A goal of becoming financially independent seemed reachable. I'm not looking at it as a get rich quick scheme but it made total sense, what made sense to me, be able to purchase a property hold it and I have somebody else pay for the mortgage. so I'm I'm new to investing I have one property that used to be my primary house it's a rental and I'm looking to buy and and start growing my portfolio. I stumbled onto BiggerPockets in my search for knowledge and information and have been listening to the podcasts everyday during my commute. I'll come back with more questions but for now I'm just introducing myself.
