It's so full of contaminants from a refinery that it is common knowledge not to eat any fish that were caught downstream from that industry.  40+ years ago all kinds of PCB's and other toxins were legally released into the water.

Then I would go to where the jobs you want to do are.Another consideration might be if you have any hobbies....are you going to fish, or play golf, or volunteer, or hike or something else when you get out....might look for those activities too....something to keep you busy.You are always welcome in DFW area....currently seems to be a lot of jobs here, area is growing, plenty of things to do, and we do have a VA hospital.

(perhaps anyone of us could write a book for the average joe on how to fix personal financial situations.) so to teach people to fish not just ask for handouts of free fish might be a good, clear goal. and maybe explain why that is important.unfortunately our real competition is CNN etc, and to overpower their influence we have to be organized. most of Obama's campaign was done through the internet, recruiting and promoting and advertising.
