My personal favorite books for investing so far have been E Myth by Michael Gerber, The One Thing by Gary Keller & Jay Papasan, and Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.These 3 books are more motivational/how to start/run a business books; but I feel they are great places to start researching Real Estate Investing.

I'm currently signing up with Keller Williams here in Orlando,Florida and just interested to know if I made the right decision.

I'm a new agent, but I work out of the Keller Williams First Atlanta office.

The 3rd Wednesday of every month at the Keller Williams office is south Reno.

I like Keller, Birdville and HEB School Districts in FW.

I was just told by a lender that I am using (Keller Williams) that seller concessions (closing costs) can be no more than 2% of the loan since it is a rental property.

If you would like to meet up with an investor group in Rochester, we meet every third Thursday of the month at 7 pm at Keller Williams office off of cty Rd 22. 

We utilized a system called Career Visioning through Keller Williams.
