After taking a few years away from Real Estate (including Bigger Pockets) to hone my sales and negotiation skills (including building a Marketing Business) I've decided to get back to it. I'm currently looking for Cash-in-Hand Investors buying in the Reno, Carson, Tahoe areas to ad to my list of Buyers. I love the hunt and can use my Construction background to help me sniff out deals. I'm experienced with Short Sales, Foreclosures, Wholesaling, and other acquisition strategies. Also very seriously considering getting my NV and CA RE License for full MLS access and ability to take commissions. additionally, I'm interested in meet-ups in the area. (Bonus points if you ride a Motorcycle.)
